The device will immediately be sent on to our service department and you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Subsequently, detailed examination of the device takes place as part of an endurance test. If the warranty period of your device has expired, you will receive a quote before repair takes place so that you can sign off the final order.

The repair will only be carried out subject to signature / approval.
